Baby Ava at Home

You may remember Amber's pictures of Baby Ava at the hospital... Yesterday, Amber got to photograph Ava at her home with her brother and parents! Here is the slideshow, and some of the images!

Baby Jack

One of our favorite vendors in town, Tamara, from Sophies, wanted to have pictures photographed of her nephew - a gift for her sister. We were glad to oblige, and Amber got some great images of cute Baby Jack!

Congratulations Meg & Phillip!

I had the opportunity to photograph at the Chickamauga Battlefield yesterday, my favorite "natural" location to photograph at. We finally had a nice day with blue sky and some great light, and we were able to take advantage of it!

Congratulations to Meg and Phillip on their engagement and upcoming wedding! Looking forward to an incredible day!

An accident, three cancellations, and nine months later...

Yep, you read right! Our attempt at photographing Matt and Jennifer's engagement session started about 9 months ago, in August of '05. I was about 100 yards from meeting Matt and Jennifer at Matt's home to go photograph the session when a driver totaled my car!



That obviously put a damper on doing a session that day, so we decided to do the session later. We then had to reschedule for the sake of location and the weather two more times!

The weather forcast for today wasn't looking too promising, but we did the session, and the results were great!












Then after the session, we got a chance to head over to a local barbecue restaurant for lunch!

The day started out with one of the most intimate times of prayer and song that we had ever experienced on a wedding day!





It's funny, but for the second week in a row, we had a cool couch to work with! This time, we also included the groom!







The wedding was held up on top of a mountain in the Smokies, and it was gorgeous!!!

One of the things that I have come to love photographing more and more with our clients is happiness - expression, emotion, excitement... Katie and Gregsby were great candidates for this type of photography, and I'm sure that you will be able to see why!

Wedding Downtown

Chattanooga really has so much character if you just simply take the time to look... We had the opportunity to photograph Tom & Christa's wedding this past weekend, and had the opportunity to see yet another beautiful, old church in the downtown Chattanooga area, as well as spending some time at the classic reception location, The Read House.

Little Baby Carson

Amber had a great time photographing one of the happiest babies today! Baby Carson enjoyed playing with the dogs, eating veggie puffs, and taking a bath all as Amber photographed!

Pure Fashion in Atlanta
